Help! I want to add an artist/song, but I don't know how

Are we missing a song you want?  Request it!

This instruction page is unintuitive and poorly designed.

This page seems to ramble, and it is unclear when it is talking about where.

What needs to be done, (by someone who knows this system better than me?), is a breaking up into two clear sections- "Artist's Discography Pages" & "Song Pages". Under each of those sections needs to be a 'how to create ___ page' & 'how it should look/etiquette+stylistic standards for this type of page'.

As it is now, I can't get a grasp on what goes where, exactly.

Anyone second this motion?

Ok, so now I can edit it.

Tell me, someone, what is the 'kosher' way for creating a new artist page? I read the first sentence of this article, and I still don't understand exactly what to do. What I have done is type in "http://www.tabwiki.com/index.php/____________", and just put the artist's name in the blank, and then edited that page. I would put up instructions on how to do that, but I have a feeling there is a 'better' way?
